1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Sriox services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Sriox provides digital solutions including:

• Web development and design services
• Mobile application development
• UI/UX design and consultation
• SEO and digital marketing services
• Internship and training programs

3. Payment Terms

Our payment structure follows a "Pay Only When Satisfied" model:

• Services starting at ₹200 for basic projects
• Payment required only upon project completion and client satisfaction
• Milestone-based payments for larger projects
• Full refund if deliverables don't meet agreed specifications

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of:

• Final deliverables and source code
• Custom designs and graphics created specifically for the project
• Content provided by the client

Sriox retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary tools used in development.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project requirements and feedback
• Timely communication and approvals
• Providing necessary content, images, and access credentials
• Testing and accepting deliverables within agreed timeframes

6. Limitation of Liability

Sriox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. In case of termination:

• Payment is due for work completed up to termination date
• All project materials will be delivered in their current state
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
